Below are selected papers by conference participants that we find relevant to the questions discussed at the conference. With a couple of exceptions, these papers were not presented at the conference itself and are not EPI publications (if you have further questions about these papers and their contents, please contact the authors themselves). Most of the conference presentations were informal talks in a roundtable discussion format, many of which were recorded and can be listened to online.
